New this year, we will be offering two options based on players’ experience level and skill set which will allow our coaches and the players to maximize their time during each skills session. It is very important the players participate in the appropriate clinic for their skill level.

Option 1 – January 8th, 15th and 22nd, 3:45-5:00pm on the 8th and 15th, and 6:00-7:00pm on the 22nd- The Development Skills Clinic that will focus on basic fundamentals for both offensive and defensive players. This option will be best suited for players with 0-2 years of playing experience who are in the process of learning the game of lacrosse. We will focus on proper throwing and catching techniques, ground ball work, 1 V 1 dodging/defending, shooting, defensive footwork, and proper field positioning with a scrimmage at the end of each session.

Option 2 – January 29th, February 5th and 19th 3:45-5:00pm- The Advanced Skills Clinic will build on the fundamentals of lacrosse and incorporate advanced techniques for offensive and defensive players. This option will be best suited for players with 3+ years of experience who have played on or expecting to play on our "A" level teams. We will focus on advanced throwing and catching techniques utilized in certain offensive and defensive situations, 2 v 2 dodging/defending utilizing the pick and roll, high paced odd- man situations, inside/outside deceptive shooting, and defensive clearing techniques with a scrimmage at the end of each session.

This is a great opportunity for players to learn from Chaska and Chanhassen High School coaches, in addition to C3 coaches and players, to improve their skills, and prepare for spring evals/tryouts prior to our upcoming season. (Winter Clinic has no impact on evaluations.)

The Advance Clinic will be full gear so make sure players have all their equipment each week. Beginner Clinic will be helmets and gloves for boys and goggles for girls. (If your player is new to lacrosse, participating in the Development/Beginner Clinic and doesn’t yet own equipment, click the following link to borrow C3 equipment: C3 Equipment Request)

All players must have a current U.S.A. Lacrosse membership to register and can be obtained or updated during registration.

Register Here Today! Space is limited, and registration closes in 3 weeks.
